LOST MOTOR BIKE

To
The Officer-in-Charge,
Arambagh Police Station,
Arambagh, Hooghly

             Sub: A motor bike theft No-JG01 WB7082

 Sir,
I, Rohit Shaw, live at 9c, R.M Road Kolkata-700067. This is to inform you that my motor bike was stolen at 10 a.m. on 17th of November from Arambagh supermarket. I set my bike aside against a light post in front of the market but just after the shopping from a stationery shop, I found my bike missing.
I searched every nook and corner but failed to trace it. It was a 'Hero Honda' bike of red colour, motor bike number-JG01 WB7082. It was almost in a new condition as I bought it only a month ago. Of course, I can provide papers etc. of the bike.

I, request you, please look into the matter and do the needful.
                           Thanking You

                                                               Yours faithfully,
17th Nov 2018                                         Rohit Shaw

POLICE LETTER

To
The Superintendent of Police
Kolkata Police Head Quarters, Lalbazar
18, Lal Bazar Street Kolkata

             Sub Inaction of Police Station

Sir,
I, Vijay Paul live at 9a, B.T Road, Shyambazar. I would like to draw your kind attention to the following fact with a view to getting your personal supervision.
A gang of robbers broke into our house late at night on the 13th November 2018 and took away
the valuables at the point of daggers and pistols. They injured my old father with the dagger for getting the key of the almirah. When the neighbours were aroused and rushed towards our house, they left the place with bombings. The incident was reported to the Officer-in-charge of the local police station but without any effect.
More than seven n days have passed but neither the culprits are arrested nor the valuables are recovered. A shop was also looted in the market within the month. But the police of the local police station could do nothing so far. They are quite inactive and the anti-social activities are increasing rapidly for such inaction of the police.
May I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and take necessary measures in
the interest of public safety and security.

                       Thanking You
                                                                 Yours faithfully,
20th Nov,18                                                Vijay Paul
